Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of saysha.ai and the services of Saysha AI, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Paid services are also covered by your signed order form or service agreement, which wins if the two conflict.
2. The service
Saysha provides an AI receptionist (“Grace”) that answers calls, collects caller information, books appointments, sends text summaries, and routes calls following your instructions. Grace is an AI system and can make mistakes. You’re responsible for reviewing call summaries and for decisions made in your business.
3. Free demo, setup fees, and our 30-day promise
Custom demos are free and carry no obligation. Paid plans include a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee as shown on our pricing page or in your written quote. [CONFIRM AND DESCRIBE the 30-day promise: “If Grace doesn’t answer and book your calls the way we promised in the first 30 days, we keep working free until she does,” including how “the way we promised” is defined in writing and how billing works during that period.]
4. Fees and term
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price on your order form. [STATE CONTRACT TERM: month-to-month vs. minimum term, notice period, cancellation, refunds.] Clients outside the U.S. may be billed in their local currency where agreed in the order form.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate business information, approved prices, and escalation contacts.
- Set up recording notices and AI disclosures as required for your country, state or province, and industry.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including telemarketing and texting rules (e.g., TCPA in the U.S., CASL in Canada, PECR/GDPR in the UK and EU), healthcare privacy (e.g., HIPAA), professional-conduct rules (e.g., state bar rules), insurance licensing, and fair-housing laws.
- Don’t use the service in place of 911 or for anything unlawful.
6. No professional advice
Grace doesn’t give legal, medical, insurance, financial, or other professional advice, and is set up to decline such requests.
7. Data ownership
You own your call recordings, transcripts, and business data. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
[ATTORNEY TO DRAFT: service provided “as is”; no guarantee every call will be answered or handled correctly (for example, during carrier outages); liability cap; exclusion of indirect damages.]
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [CONFIRM venue and dispute resolution.]
